Welcome to the Eastern Security Academy, your gateway to a career in the Florida security industry. We are currently offering comprehensive training for Class G Armed Security Personell for Firearm Reqalification as part of the annual Florida Class G Armed Security License Requirments.
This firearm reqalification meets the requirments for annual recertifcation, after successful completion of a 4-hour course, taught in One (1) 4 hour Range Session (Gun Range, Groveland, FL 34736), under the instruction of a Licensed K Instructor. With our academy, not only will you be prepared for the final written examination and Range Qualification, but you’ll also gain comprehensive, hands-on experience based on the FDACS Firearms Training Manual.

Firearms Requalification (4+ Hours)
The annual training course shall consist of a review of the curriculum topics from the initial training requirements to include any recent changes in the law. License holders will be required to achieve a passing score on a cycle of fire consisting of 48 rounds. If the license holder fails to achieve a passing score after three attempts, they will be instructed to seek additional remedial training and schedule another requalification attempt at a later date.
